The chrome elements in the Design Pure Excellence package put a shine on the BMW X5 – in every respect and from every angle. Chrome accents can be found on the radiator grille slats, on the rear bumper and on the front air inlets, with the wheel arch trims and the visual engine guard creating a nuance-rich combination.

The interior equipment clearly focuses on an atmosphere of well-being. Occupants take their seat on exclusive Nappa leather upholstery in Ivory White with contrast stitching in Atlas Grey – with optional comfort seats with adjustable headrests, backrest width and seat height for the driver and front-seat passenger. The instrument panel comes in Walknappa leather with contrast stitching in Pergament, with a top-quality contrast provided by interior trims in fione-wood American Oak.

Even more flexibility is provided by the BMW roof box 460, which enables simple and convenient loading thanks to an innovative two-sided opening system. It has a capacity of approximately 460 litres and is available with a white, black or titanium silver upper shell, together with a black lower shell.
Comfortable and safe transportation of youngsters is also possible – thanks to the selection of BMW child seats, which come in a variety of colours and which are suitable for children aged between 0 and 12 years.

Available in an exclusive BMW design, the wireless stereo headphones are the ideal accompaniment to the optional Rear-seat entertainment Professional. They are exceptionally comfortable, provide outstanding sound quality and allow wearers to control their listening volume.
Rear-seat passengers can also use the Apple iPad holder, which is suitable for all iPad models and is simply inserted into the base of the Travel & Comfort system. The height and tilt angle of the holder are adjustable and, thanks to an accompanying support, can also be set up outside the BMW X5.
The snap-in adapter is a secure and stable docking system with integrated quick-charge function for moble phones from Apple, Nokia, Motorola, Samsung and Sony Ericsson as well as RIM/BlackBerry. The contact-free antenna connection guarantees higher reception quality while, at the same time, reducing radiation in the cabin. Depending on the equipment in the BMW X5 and on the type of mobile phone and the snap-in adapter used, smartphone applications can be integrated via BMW.

The specially developed key case is a perfect combination of elegance and functionality. Made of high-quality leather, it protects the keys from scratches and other forms of damage. An exclusive clasp in brushed stainless steel with BMW lettering makes sure that the key is alweays connected to the case, thus minimising the risk of loss.

The cast 21” Star-spoke light-alloy wheel in exclusive Liquid Black makes for an even more unique appearance.

The original BMW all-weather floor mat, the black fitted luggage compartment mat and the original BMW rubber textile floor mat combine robust functionality with outstanding design and also protect the footwell of the BMW X5 from dirt, water and wear-and-tear. All three variants have a top-quality stainless-steel insert, which guarantees an unmistakable look.
